DID/PBX (Analog)
To enable automatic inbound routing, FaxPress mailboxes must be assigned mailbox IDs that associate them with their corresponding DID trunk or PBX phone numbers. All mailbox IDs consist of either three or four digits, depending on how many digits the phone company, or your PBX, is passing to the FaxPress Premier.
The DID/PBX settings are only one aspect of configuring the Premier for DID/PBX integration. See Automatic Routing and PBX Integration for complete instructions on configuring these and other settings required for DID/PBX integration.
Any mask setting modification performed in the DID/PBX tab mask field will override the mask setting in the registry of the FaxPress Premier server. To overcome this, copy the mask setting from the registry on the FaxPress Premier server and paste into the mask in the DID/PBX tab field before pressing OK.
In the Incoming Faxes section, the Administrator and Unaddressed radio buttons allow you to specify a default destination for misaddressed incoming faxes or incoming faxes without a valid mailbox ID.
